  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet with sautéed vegetables and pour any remaining marinade over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
