Instructions

  1. Prepare your water bath canner and heat jars.
  2. Puree strawberries in a food processor until smooth.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar; heat until warm (190-200°F) without boiling.
  4. Fill hot jars with the mixture, leaving 1/4 inch headspace, and seal with lids.
  5. Process jars in boiling water for 15 minutes; allow to cool undisturbed.
