- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1½ tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes. Cool in ice water before peeling.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks; mix until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into each egg white half and sprinkle paprika on top.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
