  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 strips cooked turkey bacon (cut in half)
  • 2 buns (toasted)
  • Mayo
  • Sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, smoked paprika, and seasonings. Mix well and divide into four equal portions, rolling them into balls.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil. Place the chicken balls on the skillet and smash them down to form patties. Cook for about 4–5 minutes.
