- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 24 Peeps (various colors)
- 2 cups M&M's (Easter colors preferred)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with tin foil and lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes.
- While baking, chop the Peeps into small pieces.
- After 12 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chopped Peeps on top of the cake base.
- Return to the oven for another 5-6 minutes, until the marshmallows are lightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven and add M&M’s while still warm.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
