  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon. Stir in oats until combined.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peaches evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
