- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla; mix well. Fold in flour, salt, baking soda, and chopped Oreos.
- In another bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Let cool slightly. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, egg, and vanilla until fluffy; add the melted chocolate mixture while stirring gently. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
