  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 Cup bourbon (or apple juice)
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp cold water

Instructions
