  • 1 large onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 small russet potatoes
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Green onions for garnish
