- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)
- 10–12 Fresh Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (optional)
- 40 g Butter
- 75 g Kataifi
- 140 g Pistachio Paste
- Mint Leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate into cupcake liners, spreading it up the sides.
- Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set.
