- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- 48 oz marinara sauce (2 jars)
- 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Layer the bottom of the slow cooker with marinara sauce.
- Add half the gluten-free penne evenly over the sauce.
