Ingredients

  • 10 sheets of rice paper
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup crab meat (or shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups oil (for frying)

Instructions
