  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 3.9 oz Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3.9 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Optional: 2 cups chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow cookie dough to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1½ cups of Cool Whip.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie layer.
  5. In another bowl, whisk cold milk with both pudding mixes for about 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
