- 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook the rice with water in a rice cooker or stovetop pot.
- Once cooked, mix in sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds. Allow the rice to cool slightly.
- Wet your hands and mold about 1/2 cup of rice into triangle shapes.
- Combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly greased with oil. Grill onigiri for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Brush each side with the soy sauce mixture for caramelization before serving.
