  • 300g chicken breast
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice blend
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Garlic and ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Honey
  • Cornstarch
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Rice vinegar
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and water in a bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated chicken until fully cooked (5-7 minutes) and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add broccoli and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the wok along with wild rice and pour in the prepared sauce. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
