Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast
- 1 cup cooked wild rice blend
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Garlic and ginger
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Honey
- Cornstarch
- Sesame oil
- Salt & pepper
- Rice vinegar
- Water
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and water in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated chicken until fully cooked (5-7 minutes) and set aside.
- In the same wok, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add broccoli and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
