- 16 ounces vegan cream cheese (room temperature)
- ⅓ cup vegan mayo
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast (or vegan parmesan)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
- In a baking dish, mix together the vegan cream cheese, vegan mayo, chopped artichokes, nutritional yeast, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
