Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare three 6-inch cake pans by greasing them and lining with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: cake flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: milk, sour cream, and vanilla. Set aside.
