  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 45 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed)
  • 15 eggroll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the eggrolls in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
