Ingredients
- 500g cooking apples (e.g., Bramleys)
- 500g eating apples (e.g., Galas)
- 75g golden syrup
- 150g soft brown sugar
- 225g plain flour
- 150g cold diced butter
- 75g rolled oats
- 60ml double cream
