  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
