  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 177 milliliters chicken broth
  • 118 milliliters heavy cream
  • 75 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 115230 grams sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown; set aside.
  4. Reduce heat, add garlic to the skillet, and sauté until fragrant.
