- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar (for crumb topping)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (for crumb topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in floured strawberries gently.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter; add cream cheese filling and cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown; cool before serving.
