Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time along with vanilla.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk-strawberry mixture to the batter; mix until just combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 70-80 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan; let cool completely before glazing.
  7. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.
