- 1 cup finely diced onion
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix well until fully blended.
- Lightly spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the meat mixture firmly into it.
- Invert the loaf pan onto the prepared baking sheet to create a crispier crust.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup and white vinegar.
- After 40 minutes, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
