  • 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix well until fully blended.
  3. Lightly spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the meat mixture firmly into it.
  4. Invert the loaf pan onto the prepared baking sheet to create a crispier crust.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup and white vinegar.
  6. After 40 minutes, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
