Ingredients

  • 6 ounce box strawberry Jello
  • 6 ounce box berry blue Jello
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored Vegan Gelatin
  • 5½ cups boiling water (divided)
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Line four loaf pans with plastic wrap.
  2. Dissolve each Jello flavor in 1 cup of boiling water, stir until dissolved and cool.
  3. Pour each mixture into prepared pans and chill for at least 3 hours until set.
  4. Turn out the chilled Jello, cut into blocks, and mix in a jelly roll pan.
  5. Prepare the milk mixture by blooming Vegan Gelatin in cold water, then dissolving in boiling water and mixing with condensed milk.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the Jello blocks and chill overnight until firm.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
