  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, cut provolone cheese into circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. Top each meatball with a cheese circle and an olive slice for the 'eyeball.'
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
  8. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce in the same pot.
