  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water; cook rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp butter with olive oil; sear steak strips for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown. Set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium; add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Velveeta; allow to melt before adding mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
  6. Combine cooked rotini with the sauce until well coated.
  7. Return steak to skillet; warm everything through for about 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
