- 2 pounds white potatoes (peeled and cubed)

- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet baby pickles
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (10-15 minutes). Drain and let cool.
