Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 stalks celery (diced)
- 2 medium carrots (diced)

- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 15 oz dark red kidney beans
- 15 oz white cannellini beans
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Dice the onion, celery, carrots, zucchini, and mince the garlic.
