  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth (fat-free)
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat sour cream
  • 8 whole grain tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese

Instructions
