- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz large shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 6 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by washing and cutting vegetables into bite-sized pieces; slice steak against the grain.
- Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and sauté steak for about 3 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp for about 2 minutes until pink; remove from skillet.
- Add bell peppers and carrots to the pan with garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Return steak and shrimp to the skillet; add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving hot.
