  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz large shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by washing and cutting vegetables into bite-sized pieces; slice steak against the grain.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and sauté steak for about 3 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for about 2 minutes until pink; remove from skillet.
  5. Add bell peppers and carrots to the pan with garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet; add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving hot.
