Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Slice the baguette diagonally into 12-14 half-inch thick slices and place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
- Broil for 2-4 minutes until golden brown, keeping a close watch to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving platter.
