  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 12 oz frozen assorted vegetables
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté chicken pieces until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in frozen vegetables along with chicken bouillon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add both cans of cream soups and milk to the pot; stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in cooked egg noodles until everything is evenly coated with sauce.
