  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 head green cabbage (shredded)

  • 1 orange pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing chicken and vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Add onion to the same skillet; sauté until softened (3 minutes). Stir in garlic and jalapeño; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add cabbage and orange pepper, then pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir to coat evenly and cook until cabbage is tender-crisp (5-7 minutes).
