  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap in a double layer.
  3. Sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar on the cling wrap.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar and cover completely with remaining cheddar.
  5. Wrap cling wrap tightly around the mixture to form a ball shape.
  6. Use thick rubber bands to shape it into a pumpkin.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before removing rubber bands.
  8. Top with bell pepper stem for decoration and serve with crackers.
