  • 100g pretzels
  • 35g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Spices: paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Honey
  • Dijon mustard
  • Yellow mustard
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the honey mustard sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Crush pretzels using a food processor or zip-top bag until coarse crumbs form.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: mix flour with half of the spices in one, beat eggs in another, and combine crushed pretzels with remaining spices in the last.
  4. Slice chicken breasts into cutlets. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with pretzel crumbs.
