  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by peeling and chopping if using fresh ones, or thaw slightly if using frozen.
