- 1 cup unsalted butter (for the frosting)
- 1 Tbsp orange zest (for the frosting)

- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for the frosting)
- 3 Tbsp fresh orange juice (for the frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and butter until fluffy. Add sour cream, orange juice, egg, vanilla extract, and zest; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients until just combined.
