  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster/granulated sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • Icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a floured surface, unroll the puff pastry and cut into 4"x6" rectangles.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on each rectangle, topping with banana slices.
  4. Fold over the pastry to seal, pressing edges with a fork, and brush tops with dairy-free milk.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate over baked pies to create mummy bandages.
  7. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
