- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 7 oz bag sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and pressing it into a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate.
