  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  4. Alternately mix dry ingredients with orange juice into the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in dried fruits and nuts gently.

  7. Bake for 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
