  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • 1¼ cups cooked pearled barley
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon fine sea salt

Instructions
