- 2 jammy eggs, boiled and halved
- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1 cup mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- Salt & cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken breast for about 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
- Boil water in a pot and cook eggs for exactly 7 minutes. Transfer them to an ice bath, peel once cooled, and halve.
- In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens as a base, then add avocado slices, cucumber chunks, halved cherry tomatoes, olives, sliced chicken breast, and jammy eggs. Top with crumbled feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice (or your choice of dressing), toss gently if desired, and serve immediately.
