Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 large red onion
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients by chopping vegetables and cutting chicken into bite-sized pieces.
