  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
