- 2 pounds ground beef (80%-90% lean) or ground turkey
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup beef broth or milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce
- Light brown sugar for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with foil and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, broth, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet or place it into the loaf pan.
- For the glaze, mix ketchup (or BBQ sauce) with light brown sugar and spread over the top of the meatloaf.
