  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 30 Ritz Crackers
  • 3 cups macaroni noodles
  • 10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • Ketchup and barbecue sauce for flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ketchup and barbecue sauce; set aside.
  3. Combine ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, onion soup mix, eggs, and half of the ketchup mixture in a large bowl; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly; top with remaining ketchup mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook macaroni noodles al dente as per package instructions; drain.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together milk and cheddar cheese soup until smooth; stir in seasonings.
  8. Combine cooked macaroni with cheesy sauce and fold in 2 cups of shredded cheese.
  9. Pour macaroni mixture over meatloaf; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for an additional 17–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
