  • 6 oranges
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the oranges and carefully remove the flesh without damaging the skin. Squeeze juice from the flesh.
  3. Mix sugar, 50 ml orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and dark chocolate together until smooth.
  4. Fold in flour until fully incorporated.
  5. Fill each hollowed-out orange with the chocolate mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until the outside is set but the inside remains gooey.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
