  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 15-ounce can Diced Tomatoes
  • 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, and water. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in uncooked bowtie pasta; cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Mix in ricotta cheese before serving hot, topped with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
