Instructions
- Trim the ends of the spinach and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Boil water in a pot; add salt and blanch spinach for 30 seconds until wilted.
- Transfer the spinach to an ice bath immediately to stop cooking; squeeze out excess water after cooling.
